Right I have facebook, I am on it most of the time. If I go off, I think about having to go on facebook and when i do go off i dont have not much to do and then i go back on. Also I can't delete my account because I need to socialise with friends and people moan at me if i delete my account. Any suggestions how i can have my life back and stop being addicted to facebook?
