How do you make a hyperlink clickable in a facebook message that you receive in your email?

I am in the process of messaging all the members of a facebook group I manage. However, when I did a test, in my email the hperlink in the message is not clickable. I have received Facebook messages from other people in my email where the link is clickable. Does anyone know how to do this or what I'm not doing?
