Noam Kostucki is the founder of a social eco-system which aims to bring together people who want to make the world a better place. He started his coaching journey when he began to teach judo at fifteen. He is now a training consultant for the Institute of Fundraising and the Directory of Social Change in the UK and develops courses which use current Web 2.0 social media envrionments in fundraising for charities big and small. Since finding his passion for people and organisational development he has trained over four thousand people in thirteen countries, serving institutions which include leading corporations as well as Yale University and the London School of Economics. Not bad for a college dropout. Noam's talk at TEDxWarsaw tedxwarsaw.com explored the virtues of selfishness as a tool for positive growth.
