I was not taught how to get knots out in school. Our instructor, it was her first year, only taught us relaxation techniques. I don't know many deep tissue techniques, and I have a hard time getting knots and hard muscles to relax. I was shown once by a substitute, who happened to be our instructor's instructor when she was in school. I know to do cross fiber friction and compression... Is that all there is to it? Because those two alone do not work for me. Can you show me a few techniques to get a knot out? Please? I just started my job and at work I had two clients that were in pain and I didn't know how to help them. I want to learn all I can so I can give my best to my clients. Will you help me?
