How can I block certain people on Facebook from sending me those stupid page requests?

Question From User - Answers in Comments. Well, there's this really annoying chick on my Facebook friends that keeps on sending me these stupid app/page requests and I want to block her from sending me them. I don't want to delete her, just keep her from sending me those stupid things.
