How do you become an admin of a facebook group?

I would like to become an admin of a facebook group that I didn't start. Some kid made a group ridiculing two girls at my school that had committed suicide. I want to become an admin so i can delete the page. It has been reported many times but, it is clear that facebook isn't going to do anything about it.
