How do you delete your Facebook account if you’ve forgotten your email and password?

My friend has Facebook, but she never goes on it, so she wants to delete it.
Unfortunately, she has forgotten her email address and password that she uses to log into Facebook.
Does anybody know how she could delete her account without having to log in and without her password?
