Sara Bocaneanu presents a comprehensive tour of the latest technologies to improve business collaboration. She discusses the corporate use of instant messaging, wikis, virtual worlds such as "Second Life", top-end video conferencing, social bookmarking, and collaborative suites. Ms. Bocaneanu is an expert in Knowledge Management and developing "Learning Organizations" with significant business experience in Romania implementing Customer Relationship Management tools, developing effective knowledge management systems, creating enterprise social bookmarking systems, deploying collaborative environments and building online communities. Earlier in her career she served as a business development manager for a multi-national health care products firm, coordinating the efforts of a team based in ten remote locations. She lectures at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest on "Business Communication", with an emphasis on creating a collaborative culture.
